PIMAR Reports to the Legislature

As required by Hawaii Revised Statutes (“HRS”) § 486J-5 (c), the commission must annually publish and submit to the governor and legislature a summary report on the information submitted to it by petroleum product distributors and major fuel users, as defined in HRS § 486J-1.
